Terms of Service & Data Processing Agreement

1. The service

AI Dropshipping Hub is a subscription SaaS that connects to a Shopify store you own and control. It automates product content, catalog sync, SEO, and Ukrainian carrier shipping (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) for that store. You are responsible for the store itself, its products, pricing, and your relationship with your own customers.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any API keys you connect (AI providers, carriers) confidential.
• You may disconnect your Shopify store or close your account at any time.

3. Subscription and payment

Access is billed as described at the time of purchase. We may suspend access for non-payment, subject to reasonable notice where practical.

4. Data Processing Agreement

In the course of providing the Service, we process personal data belonging to your store's customers (name, phone, shipping/billing address, order contents) strictly to create and track shipments and calculate shipping cost on your behalf. Full details of what we collect, why, how it's protected, and for how long, are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

• Roles. For your store's customer data, you are the data controller and we act as data processor, processing personal data only on your documented instructions (i.e. to operate the Service as described) and for no other purpose.
• Confidentiality. We keep customer personal data confidential and do not sell it or use it for advertising.
• Security. We apply technical measures described in our Privacy Policy, including encryption at rest and in transit, restricted access, and encrypted backups.
• Sub-processors. We share customer data only with the carriers you connect (Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta) and with Shopify itself, solely to fulfil orders placed in your store.
• Data subject requests. If Shopify forwards us a customers/data_request or customers/redact event for your store, we notify you of the data we hold, or erase it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for responding to your own customer.
• Deletion. On request, or when you disconnect your store, we delete the associated store data within a reasonable period, subject to what we need to retain for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store or process data you are not lawfully entitled to process, or to violate Shopify's own Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for shipping carrier errors outside our control. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and — where you have an active account — communicated to you.
