Good to know
Do I need to close my Rozetka store first?
No — most sellers run both in parallel for a while, or keep Rozetka as a secondary channel. We only need read access to your catalog to migrate it, not control of your Rozetka account.
Will my product descriptions just be copied over?
No — that's the whole point of using our pipeline instead of a generic export tool. Titles, descriptions, meta tags, and alt text are rewritten by AI so your new store isn't publishing the same thin, marketplace-style text every other Rozetka seller in your category already has.
How long does the migration take?
Most catalogs under 200 products are ready to review within a few business days of us receiving access; larger catalogs take longer and we'll give you a specific timeline in your quote.
Do I have to keep paying after the migration?
No — the migration itself is a one-time job. Continuing on the $49/month platform plan for ongoing automation (catalog sync, fresh AI content, blog articles) is optional, not required to keep your new Shopify store running.
Can you also set up Prom.ua alongside Rozetka migration?
If you sell on both, tell us in your message — we handle Prom.ua migrations the same way and can scope both together.
What if my catalog has more than 1,000 products?
We still take it on — larger catalogs just need a custom quote since scope varies a lot with variant counts, image volume, and category complexity. Send us the store link and we'll come back with a number.
